Our MMA program offers a wide variety of skills and technique that range in intensity from a young up and comer to a seasoned veteran. We are always happy to accommodate all experience levels with our classes. When a practitioner is ready for their first bout, we make sure to set up a match for them. 6 weeks before the fight, there is a personalized camp for all fighters competing at the upcoming event. Along with training in Jiu Jitsu, boxing, and kick boxing, you will also be guided through a proper nutrition and weight cutting regimen developed by Edward Anthony for the last 18 years.
