HHH- Half Hour of Hell was developed by Edward Anthony and is a High intensity half hour of exercise based on muscle shock. We implement Bag, Ball, Balance, Weight and suspension training to make for a one of a kind fitness experience. Expect to Burn 400-800 calories in 30 minutes!! This is the perfect class for the fitness enthusiast looking to be in and out!
Cardi Kick- This is a Kickboxing workout that also implements muscle shock and interval training. Not only do we kick and punch but we also do exercises around the room using various training tools. This class is fun and extremely addictive.
