Our Brazilian jiu jitsu program teaches positions and moves from Brazilian jiu jitsu through a rotating curriculum created by Edward Anthony. All classes include takedowns, groundwork, and live sparring.

Yes. Our Brazilian jiu jitsu program focuses on self-defense as well as competition jiu jitsu. Brazilian jiu jitsu is highly effective in real-world self-defense settings because progression is based on applying the art in live sparring.

Brazilian jiu jitsu progress is measured by a student’s ability to apply the art in live sparring, not by memorizing complex moves or forms. At Atlas Jiu Jitsu, nothing is random, and we make sure each student understands the moves being taught each day.

Tiny Titans: Children's Jiu Jitsu Program

Our Tiny Titans program is designed for children ages 4–14.

Your child will learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, discipline, and self-defense while gaining confidence and having fun.

Yes. We designed the Tiny Titans program to help children gain confidence while learning discipline, self-defense, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Our Tiny Titans Kids Program classes are instructed by our Head Professor, Edward Anthony, as well as our Head Tiny Titans coach, Steve “Booyha.”

Yes. We also offer a Kids Kick class that incorporates standup work. Combined with children’s Brazilian jiu jitsu, it is an excellent choice for a full mixed martial arts style.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

Yes. Our MMA program is designed for individuals at every stage of their martial arts journey, from aspiring newcomers to seasoned veterans.

Yes. When a practitioner is ready to step into the ring for a first bout, we go the extra mile to arrange a match that suits their skill level.

Yes. We provide a six-week personalized training camp leading up to the fight, with intensive preparation for participants in the upcoming event.

Yes. Beyond training in jiu jitsu, wrestling, boxing, and kickboxing, we guide participants through a comprehensive nutrition and weight-cutting regimen developed by Edward Anthony over the past two decades.

Our wrestling classes are taught by Nate “Smoke Show” Rowe, a former NCAA wrestler with nearly four decades of wrestling experience.

Our wrestling program covers takedowns, strategic setups, ground control, opponent escapes, pinning combinations, and dynamic scrambling.

Yes. Our wrestling program is designed to translate high-level wrestling into grappling contexts, including Brazilian jiu jitsu and MMA.

Our wrestling class is a purpose-built 30-minute class focused on systems, chains, and positional understanding.
